R22 External Decoder Box • Serial RS-232 Bar Code Reader

The Worth Data R22 Serial Bar Code Reader attach to any computer or device with an RS-232 serial port including UNIX Terminals, ASCII Terminals, Dumb Terminals, laptops, cash registers, and most micro and mini computers. If you need more than one bar code reader on a computer, you can also attach up to 32 WDR Readers to a single COM port. We have special software for Windows® that allows the units to be polled, thus collecting data from each unit as needed. This works well for shop floor tracking applications where a computer is not needed but bar code scanning is.

Slot Badge Scanner - USB Keyboard Output

The SLV-WDP is a Slot Badge scanner with the decoder built right in and USB output! No more separate decoder box and scanner just to read bar coded cards and badges! This reader connects directly to the USB port of any compatible Windows® PC or Macintosh® and transmits the barcode data as if it had been typed in. Just as with our other WDP models, there is no additional software required. This reader is perfect for any applications where a card would be presented, i.e. library, health club, etc...

510-2D USB Scanner

The 5102D Digital Bar Code Scanner from Worth Data will read standard 1D bar codes like Code 39, UPC/EAN, Code 128 and dozens of others - just like our other readers above - however this scanner will also read 2D Barcodes like PDF417, Datamatrix, MaxiCode, Postnet, JR Code etc...It attaches as a USB Keyboard and inputs data into any program or application just like keyboard input.  We also have a version available for input into the TriCoder and the RF-Terminals.

The 802 RF WiFi Terminal is 802.11b/g access point compatible, allowing you to easily integrate this terminal into an existing 2.4GHz wireless network. Programming is via Windows ActiveX components supplied with the terminal. Worth Data provides extensive software support for ActiveX, and TCP/IP, as well as Windows DLL's.

Step up to our wireless LZ400RF Laser Scanner for incredible cordless range and performance. This RF Laser works just like our tethered bar code scanners transmitting scanned bar code data wirelessly up to 500ft to a base station. The base station then transmits the data via USB as keyboard data or via RS-232 to the computer.

Wedge Saver USB Adapter for PC, PS/2 and Mac computers. This USB adapter allows you to use older Worth Data, PSC, Symbol, MetroLogic, Percon or any other keyboard wedge type bar code readers to attach to a USB port - barcode scanned data is input as if it were keyed from the computer keyboard.
